After Submitting My Form, How Long Will the Process Take?
After submitting your form, one of our professionals will be calling you within 24 hours to discuss any additional information we may need from you. After we have had a discussion with you and upon receiving payment, we will then work on setting up your C-Corporation. Once that has been completed, we will establish your Profit Sharing Plan & Trust. After that, you will be able to open your bank accounts to get your money moving. This overall process can be very fast and take from 4 business days to 2 weeks. This can be dependent on which State you choose to incorporate in, as well as other factors, such as if there happen to be any hiccups along the way (rejected Articles, IRS technical issues, difficult bankers, etc.) Typically, most clients are up and running in less than two weeks.
What if I Already Have a Corporation I Plan To Use?
No problem! You will need to fill out the ERSOP Questionnaire form instead.
Who Should I List As the Company President?
It depends on who you would like acting as the head of the corporation.
Should I List All of My Retirement or Just What I Plan To Use?
It is helpful for us to know the overall amount of retirement funds you have. We can discuss with you how much is planning on being used when the time comes for it.
